Support Mikey in Their Health Battle

On New Year’s Eve, my life changed in ways I could never have imagined.

What started as a normal day turned into the beginning of an eight-month battle for my health.

A staph infection attacked my bloodstream, leading to five surgeries. Along the way, I developed sepsis and lost my pinky toe on my right foot. I had to learn how to walk again, and even now, I can’t stand or walk for long periods without pain and exhaustion.

As a diabetic, every step of recovery has been harder — and more expensive. I rely on multiple medications to stay alive and keep my condition under control. Without them, my health would decline fast.

Right now, I’m unable to work. The bills keep coming — not just the regular ones like rent and utilities, but also medical expenses that keep stacking up. I’ve spent months fighting just to get back on my feet, and it’s been humbling to realize I can’t do it alone.

I’m raising funds to:

• Pay for my medications (especially for diabetes)

• Cover essential bills while I can’t work

• Chip away at medical expenses from my surgeries and hospital stays

If you know me, you know I’m not someone who asks for help easily. But this battle has shown me that sometimes we can’t fight alone — and that every act of kindness, no matter how small, matters more than words can say.
