Hello,

I'm Mike Wolter, have worked full time my whole life, always taken care of myself and my bills, I have always had a hard time asking for any type of help. After 2 major surgeries the past few weeks, I realize that help is very much needed in this case. After the 2nd surgery, a colonoscopy was done

so I will have a bag for a few months, then another surgery to remove bag and reattach my intestines. this will require close to a month of recovery as well. Help with costs for supplies for the colonoscopy are needed.

Melissa my girlfriend has been able to get to and from work via LYFT . Help with rides or LYFT are needed. I have used LYFT for appointments as well, but I will start Driving soon I hope.

I am on 2 weeks of home antibiotics, a nurse comes to my apartment once a week.

I have already missed over 2 weeks of work and now have no income coming in.

I currently have no date I can return to work, but it could be over 2 months.

Bills other than medical are.

Rent, car payment, school loan, insurance.

I know these are hard times for all of us, anything you can do to help me is welcome and appreciated. Thanks in advance for all and any help.
