Support Mike's Family During Health Crisis

My name is Mike and I'm asking for help. I'm generally self sufficient and even asking has been a difficult act of humility for me. I recently was diagnosed with some stomach related issues that have rendered me unable to work. Due to the efficiency of our social programs I have been unable to secure any type of income for the last few months. I am the sole supporter of a wife and 3 amazing kids. I am simply asking if anyone in the community would be willing to pitch in and lend a hand during this trying time for us. Any little bit helps.
