Hey everyone,
So, long story short, they found cancer in my nuts and now they're taking one of my little guys from me.
After finding a mass in my right testicle (which has been a solid teammate for 37 years), I went through the full battery of scans, bloodwork, and doctor visits. Long story short: I’m heading into surgery to remove the little traitor and make sure this thing hasn’t spread.
The good news? We caught it early.
The bad news? I literally have never paid into my deductible since I rarely need to go to the hospital or see the doctor, so the surgery is gonna hit us pretty hard financially.
I’m raising $15,000 to cover:
- Surgery and hospital expenses
- Imaging, lab work, and follow-ups
- Recovery support
If you know me, you know I’m not great at asking for help. But cancer is a pretty big deal, and even though I know we'll figure out whatever we need to figure out, we're willing to take any help that is offered.
If you’re able to donate, thank you.
If you’re not, sharing this means just as much.
Let’s send this thing out with a bang (pun intended).
Surgery is May 9th, see y'all on the other side.
Much love,
Mike
