For those of you that don't know, our brother Mike Virginia was diagnosed with Stage IV Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, which is an aggressive form of Cancer, at the end of November. After months of tests, complications and the removal of his spleen, he has finally been able to start chemo treatments. Unfortunately, he has been unable to work since October. No one plans for this, and it has been a challenging time for Mike and his family.
The financial strain of medical bills, daily expenses, and helping support his two sons has made things even more difficult. Mike has always been there for others, offering a helping hand and a kind word whenever someone needed it. Now, he needs our help more than ever. Every donation will go directly toward his medical care, supporting his family, and helping support his two sons during his fight against lymphoma. Your generosity will help ease the burden and allow Mike to focus on his recovery.
Mike’s son, Mikey, is a Senior this year and plays basketball for Baldwinsville. In a normal year, Mike would be able to be at every game to root him on, but this year he has had to watch the majority of the games on Hudl. His younger son, Zach, is only in 7th grade and just started playing volleyball. Mike hasn’t been able to be there for him either, with his immunity being so low. This has been especially hard for the family, as Mike has always been an active and supportive father.
Any support, whether through donations or sharing this fundraiser, would mean the world to us. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers during this difficult journey. Together, we can make a difference for Mike and his family.
Thank you for your support! The Virginia Family
