My name is Pamela McCarthy, and I’m raising money in memory of my sweet dog - Dolly - for a cause that means a lot to me.

Mike and Trina's Helping Hands & Paws is an animal rescue located in Murphys California. Their mission to foster & find homes for dogs in the local Motherlode community - helping one dog at a time. Since starting in Dec 2024, Mike & Trina's Helping Hands & Paws has placed over 70 dogs with local families.

It is a small local rescue - & needs funds to help cover pet food, basic supplies & veterinary expenses. These funds will help with immediate needs & help build a reserve while developing ongoing fund raising.

In addition to being an animal rescue - they’re helping individuals & families in the local community with emergency funds. In the past, they paid a for a young single mother to stay in motel while she applied for permanent housing; provided groceries to an elderly veteran who's benefits were mistakenly cut off; & organized Amazon Wish List Christmas gifts for 6 local families.
