Hello everyone, many of you know that my name is Angela…Mike Smithson’s daughter. My father is really proud and he’s always been very generous to people, even when he shouldn’t be. After my mom died, he began doing “random acts of kindness” to people, even when he should have been taking care of himself.

We’re going through a period with him right now. About a month ago, he had repair surgery done to take care of all of the things they had to do to save his life back in 2023. But this week, he is going under knee replacement surgery. That is why I’m writing to you today.

The cost of his rehab is not working math-wise on his Social Security. The rehab for his knee is going to cost well over $1200, and that’s only if he decides to get off his ass and actually do the work. Each rehab visit will cost $60 out of his pocket immediately, and his doctor wants him to go three times a week, so I’m asking for your help. If you can give, God bless you, especially during this time of the year. If you can’t, then could you at least share this plea so maybe others can see that my dad really needs your help. Like I say, he’s too proud to ask for himself and he would rather be giving to others, but he really needs your support at this time.
