Hello, everyone!

I’m Mike Paye, Head Coach of Peoria City and the Clarke University Soccer Men’s Team and my home country is Liberia, located in West Africa.

Right now, there are many kids and adults in Liberia, who are in desperate need of clothes and shoes. For years, my wife and I have collected these items, along with soccer balls and equipment, and we take it back home to Liberia each December.

To make this vision happen, we need the community’s support. In this GoFundMe, your assistance will allow us to pay for the large shipping containers to send the items across the ocean.

Once there, my wife and I will help distribute all of your donated items, and cook a Christmas meal for them and their families.

We would be forever grateful for your support to the Amos Foundation, named after my father, who always believed in caring for others, and providing for those in Liberia.

Thank you for your consideration. We will have large bins at the Peoria City Playoffs games on Friday, July 19th, and Sunday, July 21st.

The stadium gates open at 2:30 PM Friday, and 12:30 PM Sunday, where you will find the large bins in the stadium concourse. We ask you bring your items in bags to place in the bins.
