Support Mike Patterson's Heart Surgery Recovery

Mike Patterson had a heart attack and collapsed on Saturday, July 13th. He had to be revived by CPR and was then transported to the hospital where he has been since then. He had open heart surgery on Friday, July 19th, where he had a triple bypass and his aortic valve replaced. There were some complications after his surgery and he is on a machine that is helping his heart pump the blood through his body. He has had a hard time coming out of the sedation and strong pain meds. When he is coherent, he is able to say a few words at a time. It's been slow, but he is progressing in the right direction. At this point, Mike will have at least several more days in the hospital.

Although Mike has Medicare insurance, we are expecting a large hospital bill after 2 plus weeks in ICU in the hospital, open heart surgery and everything else that has gone along with his care. Mike will have months of healing and rehabilitation to go through. If you are able to donate, no amount is too small and is much appreciated!
