My husband, Mike Neff, is in need of a liver transplant.

The surgery will take place at John Hopkins, Baltimore, Maryland. There will be many out-of-pocket expenses that insurance will not cover.

Mike has always been a leader and a go-getter. Even being as sick as he is, he still gets up every day and works till he can't anymore.
