Our friend, brother, husband, and father Mike Hales has received a devastating diagnosis of metastatic melanoma. Mike served our country in the Navy aboard the USS Iowa upon an honorable discharge might be began serving the residence of the city of Scranton as a fire fighter in which he worked 25 years. After retirement Mike became involved in wigs for kids where he grew his hair to donate to those in need. As we see, Mike gave to his country, community, and people in need while his spirits remain incredibly strong.
