Support Mike Dillman's Family in Their Time of Loss
Donation protected
Hi, I am Jennifer. On April 18, 2024 as my kids were planning a birthday party for me, they received the worst phone call any child could ever receive. Their father, Michael David Dillman had a massive stroke and was on life support. Although their relationship with him had been strained by some of the choices in his life, they didn’t think twice about going to be by his side, along with their uncle and cousin.
Mike was an organ donor, so before making any decision they had to wait while this process took place. Unfortunately, due to him having pneumonia and his age he was unable to donate.
On April 19th 2024 with their aunt, uncle and myself by their side; these kids had to make the heartbreaking decision to remove their father from life support. This is not something someone of their age should ever have to endure. As the two of them stood together by their father’s side and watched him take his last breath, my heart absolutely broke. As a mother not being able to fix their children’s pain and take away their burden is killing me.
Those of you who know my son, know that he is not one to ask for help; but I would like to help take as much stress off them as possible. They could really use your help to cover the unexpected expenses of the funeral and other costs to give him the proper service and goodbye they feel he deserves and the closure that I know his family needs.
Every little bit helps. Please keep my kids and the rest of the family in your prayers.
