My name is Michelle Williams. I am Mike Burgy’s niece. As many of you have heard Mike has been in ICU at Riverside since December 1st. He originally went in for seizures/fevers, requiring intubation and heavy sedation, later requiring a trach and a feeding tube. He has had many tests and procedures and still not many answers for a cause. He is still having fevers and at times not very responsive. He is fighting hard to come out of this. Bills are starting to pile up and he is obviously not able to work and won’t be for quite some time. Once he gets more stable he will need a lot of rehab to gain his strength back. I wanted to set this up to help his wife get the bills paid, groceries, gas, Uber, whatever they need. Every little bit helps and some have asked what they can do to help, this will help Mike and Dana take some burden off their shoulders.
