Hello everyone ✨ We are writing this as fellow servers/bartenders of Mike Kallhoff who has been a bartender at the Depot Tavern since day 1 when it opened. Anyone who is a Depot/First Ave regular knows Mike, his kind heart, his generous pours, and his famous “Mike-a-ritas.” He is truly a kind and generous person to everyone around him every day and makes work a better place. He is beloved by all staff here at First Ave as a coworker and cherished as an all-time favorite bartender.

Recently Mike was diagnosed with cancer (which luckily is treatable at this stage) and will have to miss work for at least 2-3 months as part of his treatment and recovery process. Mike is a full time father and a homeowner so we are raising funds to support him and his family through this time.
