On December 15th, my dad, Mike, was taken to the hospital after collapsing. He went into cardiac arrest twice once there, due to complications from septic shock brought on by the flu. After surviving cancer just the year prior, this came as a shock to our family. 

A week later on Christmas Eve, the neurologist gave us the devastating news that severe brain damage had occurred. 

No doctor can tell us whether he even has a chance at recovery, but we are praying for a miracle. If anyone can help with the financial burden, it would be a blessing to our family and much appreciated. Most importantly though, we ask for your prayers, and continued love and support.
