If you know me, you know I am not someone to ever post looking for financial help or handouts. However, as I try to grieve the loss of my second child just this year, I'm crushed by the sight of my husband worrying about his career and our finances. I have created this gofundme to hopefully give him some relief to allow him to take time to grieve. Upon the loss of our first son, he rushed back to work and never truly took care of himself because he was more worried about our finances than himself and his emotional needs.

After the loss of our baby Declyn at 30 weeks, we got pregnant with our rainbow baby, Dean. Sadly, on November 17, our precious baby boy, Dean, came into the world at 27 weeks due to reversed umbilical flow. We truly never thought it would end in tragedy. He fought so incredibly hard, but despite his fight, Dean passed away on November 20. Our hearts are broken for a second time experiencing child loss just in this year.

Right now, all we want is the space to mourn our baby, to have the space to heal, and to make arrangements with the care and love Dean deserves.

I have created this go fund me to try to give my husband and I a little time before worrying about going back to work. If you know me, you know I'm a photographer. At this time, I'll have to refund and cancel sessions and work that would really help our finances due to my emergency c section, as well as needing time emotionally, honestly.

Once again, I am humbly asking for support so we can take some time away from work to grieve. My husband, Daniel, works so hard to make sure we are taken care of and I'd like to let him breathe and grieve without the weight of finances on his shoulders.

Any help—no matter the amount—is so appreciated.

Our baby Dean may have only been here a few days, but he's left us with a lifetime of grief and sadness.
