We are coming together as a team and as a community to support our teammate and friend, Miguel Sierra, during a challenging time in his life. On Christmas Day, Miguel was riding his electric scooter and was hit by a car. He was taken to Cedars Sinai where he was in the intensive care unit for several days before becoming stable enough to be transferred. He was in the hospital for a week, and is now on the long road to recovery.

Miguel is the kind of person every workplace is lucky to have. He is hardworking, dependable, and always willing to go out of his way to help others—often without being asked and never seeking recognition. Day in and day out, he shows up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and genuine care for the people around him.

Above all, Miguel is a devoted family man. Right now, as he focuses on his recovery, he and his family are facing unexpected challenges and expenses. We want to ease that burden and ensure Miguel can concentrate fully on healing, without the added stress of financial strain.

All funds raised will go directly toward supporting Miguel and his family during this time—helping with day-to-day expenses as he recovers and works toward getting back on his feet.
