Hello, we are Midwest Elite Basketball team. We are a dedicated group of kids who share a passion for basketball and the dream of competing at the highest level one day. Our teams have worked tirelessly throughout the season, and we have earned a spot to play in Colorado for a weekend tournament.
As a team, we do face a number of expenses: traveling costs (vehicle rentals), tournament fees, hotel or Airbnb, and food. These costs add up quickly, and while we are all committed to working hard both on and off the courts, we could really use the help of our community, family, and friends to help us be able to cover these costs.
This is more than a game to us. This is about teamwork, perseverance, and the opportunity for these boys to showcase what we have been working on all season.
Coach Leslie goes above and beyond for the teams, personally covering the cost for many essentials and extra items to ensure every player has everything they need and more.
This includes:
- Uniforms, warm-up suits, shooter shirts, and basketball bags
- Tournament fees and gym rentals
- Rental vehicles to transport players together to every tournament
- Hotel stays for multi-day tournaments
- Team meals after every tournament
Coach Leslie's dedication comes straight from the heart and out of his own pocket. His commitment helps make these unforgettable experiences possible for all our athletes. This is what sets him apart from any other basketball organization, hands down!
