Support Midori's Physical Rehabilitation Journey

You are likely here because you know and care about Midori. What's not to love? She is a dedicated teacher, friend, and family member who cares deeply for others and always shows up with joy and kindness.

Through a series of events related to melanoma, Midori is currently unable to walk. She has been working hard at recovery, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. On Friday, October 25, Midori was transferred to Swedish Inpatient Rehab to continue her physical recovery. This brand new facility is the best place in Washington for Midori to continue her care.

However, because this facility is so new, it is out of network for her insurance. So Midori and her family will be paying a significant portion of her care fees out of pocket. We are looking for help. Any donations received above the goal will be used for other things Midori will need post-discharge - accessible modifications to her home, post discharge PT, etc.
