For Mick and Brenda Delaney

Mick and Brenda Delaney are dear friends of Summer’s who feel more like family, and they are walking through an incredibly difficult season right now. Mick is currently in the ICU with a brain bleed and seizures after already enduring so many serious health battles over the years. Mick has fought cancer four different times, and that journey has also included a blood clot removal, a feeding tube, and a stem cell transplant. Through it all, Mick has remained strong in faith, devoted to serving God, active in church, and committed to helping others. After serving 22 years in the military and spending a lifetime putting others before themself, Mick now needs the love and support of the community in return.

Brenda has stayed faithfully by Mick’s side through every moment of this crisis. Anyone who knows Brenda knows how much heart they have for their church, community, and friends. Together, Mick and Brenda have given so much to others, and now this medical emergency has created an overwhelming financial burden for them.
