Support Michelle's Legal Battle for Her Son

My name is Michelle, and I am a mother of two fighting a drawn-out legal battle for my youngest. I am very humble and always find a way to figure out how to make ends meet, so creating this page makes me feel very uncomfortable.

I have been recovering from an abusive relationship that has cost me $10k already in attorney fees. The father of my son is dragging out our court case as another form of financial abuse. I got a call from my attorney today that the opposing counsel will not agree to the proposed calculations to settle our case and wants to take this case to trial.

I have advised my attorney that I have absolutely no more room to pay him as I have to feed my children before anything, and I do not have the capacity for additional loans. Unfortunately, my attorney will not continue to represent me if I cannot pay for his services. So I am here now exploring this option as I am mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially drained as a single mother.
