This campaign is to help someone who is special to so many... On July 3rd, 2017 Michelle Hoffman gets the news of cancer, and in less than 2 week, following a series of tests, it is confirmed. Stage 4 small cell carcinoma, having originated in the lung and liver, now spread to the brain.

Doctors estimate a maximum of 3 months life expectancy, as Michelle transitions to hospice care.

During this time, Michelle remains in positive spirit, and as always, radiates love, joy, laughter and with an open heart, she embraces all those around her.  For those of us who would like to lend support, the aim is to raise funds in an effort to help with end-of-life care and expenses for Michelle and her close family.

All donations that are not used will be applied to Michelle's grandson Liam's college educastion fund.
