Michelle is the kind of person who lights up every room she walks into: a Gfab to her grandson, and a beloved member of her tight-knit U2 fan community, known for showing up for others even when she's facing her own struggles.

On July 19th, everything changed. While walking out of Lowe’s, she was struck by a pickup truck. She has no memory of the accident itself. She has since undergone brain surgery and stomach surgery, and remains hospitalized.

Michelle is the provider for her grandson, and it's still unknown whether, or when, she'll be able to return to work. On top of mounting medical bills, her family now faces childcare costs and lost income during her recovery, with real uncertainty about what comes next.

A legal process has begun, but that will take time, and Michelle needs support now.
