On October 21, 2024, our beloved Michelle will undergo brain surgery to clip an aneurysm. This is a challenging time for her and her family, especially considering the loss of her mother to a ruptured aneurysm at just 49 years old.

As a devoted mother of two boys, ages 12 and 18, Michelle has always been a pillar of strength and support for her family and friends. For over 13 years, she has dedicated herself to coaching, instructing, and motivating others as a Master trainer at Lagree Fitness in Chandler, AZ, inspiring countless individuals to lead healthier lives.
