(This is an update and extention to the GFM started in Indianapolis, In 2025. With the start of 2026 Help is still needed with obtaining a headstone for LaShelle's resting place.) Hello, my name is Donita Brown and I am sending an update and asking for donations to purchase a headstone on behalf of MIchelle Diggs who is my son Aaron Brown's finance'. On February 6, 2024 Michelle's only daughter LaShelle Hewlett who was 18 and was on track to graduate from Attucks High School which she did in spirit thanks to Attucks High awarding her her diploma months after she was attacked, shot and killed by an unknown assailant. LaShelle (nicknamed Shell Shell) was a loving, funny, outgoing teen just about to begin life once graduating high school and she is missed by her family and friends daily.

LaShelle's mom Michelle as well as LaShelle's boyfriend were also injured and received several GSW trying to protect LaShelle when shots rang out that terrible day in February 2024.

2025 was a very hard year for LaShelle's entire family but especially her mother Michelle with losing her only child and still not being able to work afterwards due to her injuries sustained in the attack.

Any donations will be helpful to ease some of the pain for LaShelle's mother, fiance', her dad and all of her family since this tragedy happened. And again, all donations received will aid in assisting Michelle with purchasing a Headstone for LaShelle's resting place.
