Support Michelle and Gabriella's Healing Journey

Meet Michelle and Gabriella, a hardworking mother and her 16-year-old daughter. On Sunday night, their lives were forever changed when they were threatened with a knife in front of their apartment. The physical and emotional scars from that day will take time to heal, but the road to recovery has been made even more daunting by the fact that they must now leave their home due to safety concerns.

As a newly single, working mother, Michelle is struggling to make ends meet and provide the necessary care and support for her daughter Gabriella’s recovery. This incident has resulted in Michelle having to take a week off work to allow herself to be there for her daughter and to take the necessary time to heal. The cost of moving to a new home, down payments, rental vehicle, medical expenses, and trauma therapy sessions has put an unbearable strain on her finances.

That's why she is turning to our community for help. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly towards:

- Securing a safe and comfortable new home

- Medical bills and trauma therapy sessions for both Michelle and Gabriella
