Michelle works at my local Kwik Trip, and I get the blessing of catching up with her often. When I see she's working, it brightens my day. I've gotten to learn about her, and have been told of her working multiple jobs post-retirement to take care of her children and grandchildren. Even when she expresses how long her days are, she does so with a warm smile and a compliment.
