Hi Everyone,

My beautiful mother-in-law, Michele, has been sick since December 26th, 2025, with an unknown cause. Since this time, she has had her gallbladder removed at McLaren Port Huron after multiple visits and a hospital stay in their emergency department. Unfortunately, this has caused multiple other unknown issues to her system (stents into her kidneys, fluid in her lungs and around her heart, blood clots and fluid retention in her legs, multiple infections, lack of mobility).

After two different hospitals, she is currently at U of M being treated, and we are all hoping to get her back to health and into rehabilitation after she is out of the hospital. She has surgery next week and potentially more depending on if they can find the cause of her complications.

Michele being out of work the last three months has been incredibly tough on their finances as she is currently missing work. Dave (her husband) has also been taking time off to spend time with her. They currently have a long road ahead of them, and any donation will be immensely appreciated during this difficult time.
