Support Michele Wade's Recovery Journey

Dear family and friends,

Michele had an unfortunate fall on August 18th, 2024, resulting in a dislocated shoulder and sprained ankle, while visiting us here in France. She had to cancel the final leg of her vacation to London as she is currently unable to fly and has extended her stay with me until she is cleared to fly.

I am Raina Stinson, Michele's sister and I have created this GoFundMe account as I am concerned about her and know that this is her time of need. I have encouraged her to accept this help.

Michele would never ask for help. She is one of the kindest people I know. Those who know her know her, know that she has helped many others in their times of need. Now is the time for her to receive help.

She is a self-employed independent hairstylist in Tualatin, Oregon. She will be unable to work for 3 months therefore she will have no income to pay her regular monthly bills and bills for her medical care.

Her recovery period with intensive physical therapy, which can't start until 3 weeks after her accident will require time. Unfortunately, she dislocated her right shoulder which is her dominant hand. As a hairstylist, she must have a strong recovery before returning to work.
