Support Michele Esquivel After Studio Vandalism

Hello Ladies - It's Suzi Oberman and I've begun this fund to try and encourage donations from those of you who may feel led to help Michele Esquivel (bohocraftychica) to recoup a good portion of what was lost in the studio vandalism over the course of the past 10 days.

As you may or may not know, she resides in an artist-in-residence building where there is a community studio. She had been working on multiple projects recently in preparation for classes we were holding there.

Someone in the building who has some serious problems threw out a massive amount of Michele's crafting supplies: vintage papers, two vintage suitcases that had been Georganne's, a quilt, her ENTIRE button collection (which was massive), all the trims and lace for the next batch of angel folios she was about to create, along with the printed digitals, her case filled with everything from the Seaside Soiree craft retreat, her daughter's sewing machine power foot, plus numerous supplies that had been curated for the ladies who were coming to class. Not to mention the antique French tart pans that held the small supplies for the gals to use.

She's still discovering all that was thrown out, which was piled high into her wagon (which was also either stolen or thrown out).

This is the 4th episode of this having occurred, the last being where the vandal actually waited until just before the trash truck came and threw everything in the dumpster.

There is video footage of her having committed the crime. Michele is seeking legal counsel as to how to proceed, but the building management has declared themselves not responsible.

This has been Michele's sole source of income recently, and I do hope we can help her to gather back that which was taken from her.
