We are Keaton and Melani who live across the road from our neighbor Michael. At the early morning hours of 11.9.2025, we were awoken from our sleep from a loud sound, looking out our window to see his house on fire. We have lived here for 9 years and watched people come and go. Michael has made this house a home for him and his daughter and we wish to help our community out in anyway we can.

Thankfully, Michael was able to get out safely. His daughter was not home. He was able to rescue his two dogs, but his cat is missing.

Our hearts are broken for him and the loss of his home. We are asking for help in his time of need!

Michael is now facing the difficult reality of starting over from nothing.

Funds raised here will go directly toward helping Michael with immediate essentials — clothing, food, and temporary shelter — and supporting him as he takes the next steps toward recovery and rebuilding after this heartbreaking loss.
