Support Michael's Quadruple Bypass Recovery

Dear Family and Friends,

We are starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our son, Michael. Michael is 38 years old and is facing a major health challenge. He had a heart attack and is now scheduled for a quadruple bypass on July 8th, and as his parents, we are deeply concerned about his well-being and future. Michael has always been a hard worker, making a living as a bartender in Providence, Rhode Island, but his hometown is Milford, Mass. He is also known for his lifelong love of dogs, volunteering and working at local shelters, as well as caring for his own pets with devotion. He has always been an active person in sports, hiking and biking.

Unfortunately, Michael does not have health insurance, which makes this situation even more stressful for him and us. The costs associated with this surgery, including pre-and post- operative care, medications, and ongoing living expenses during his recovery of 8-12 weeks, are overwhelming. We want to ensure Michael can focus on healing without the added burden of financial strain.

We are reaching out to our family, friends and community for support to help cover these essential expenses. Any contribution will go directly toward Michael's medical bills, necessary medications, and living costs while he is unable to work.
