Hi friends! After 20+ years of living with Multiple Sclerosis, I'm at a point I could use some help. I'm not big on asking for money, but I'm looking at a $60k purchase here. The times of using a small car to get around while transferring to a manual wheelchair have ended. I could go into why: loss of balance control, which has sent me headfirst into the metal of my door frame, the inability to go anywhere alone since I need someone to retrieve the wheelchair from my trunk, being run off the road by an 18 wheeler because they couldn't see my go-kart of a car. Wah-wah, woe is me, etc.

I recently obtained a power wheelchair that rolls at quick speeds for miles. More importantly, it will go up a ramp to the driver's seat of an accessible van, allowing me to go places on my own for the first time in over a decade!

I have saved for this purchase, I have family that will help, too. But anything else I can scrounge up would mean a great deal. Thank you so much!
