On Saturday, ICE setup a sting operation outside a pizzeria on Higley and university for people doing door dashing to make an honest living. My fiance Michael had all his paperwork correct but due to me being 7months pregnant with his baby we saved up to get into an apartment together. When he got stopped by ICE they asked him if that was his current address which he was honest and said how he just moved in with me not even a week ago. They arrested him on the spot for not doing a change of address before moving residency. It didn’t matter that all his paperwork and work pwrmit was good or that I’m 7months pregnant they just took him. I called up ICE who will not give me information on his next court date or when he will have court. If he gets sent back to his country in Venezuela he will be dead which is why he came here on asylum. I’m trying to raise money to get legal fees paid and get him out! I work 2 jobs and need all the help I can get! Anything would be a blessing!
