Hello, my name is Michael, and I am currently in a rehabilitation center where I am working hard to regain my mobility. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, COVID hindered my progress in many ways. I am at risk of being forced out as I don't have the funds to continue my journey of reaching my mobility in order to return to my home.

In March of 2022 I was admitted into this facility for MOBILITY reasons. The initial plan was for me to be here temporarily and regain my mobility. I have continued to maintain my home as my personal desire is to return to my independent personal lifestyle. Because of many obstacles since being here (which is not all my fault) I'm still here. Barriers after barriers with short staff, insurance issues and etc, I haven't reached that goal YET!!!! While still being here I desperately still want to return to my home and resume my independent life. I've tried every option that I knew of to keep my home and still work on the financial request of the facility. I've exhausted my savings and any available funds that I had in order to keep my home and cover the requested financial agreement in order to stay here. Unfortunately! I'm at a crossroad with my care here and maintaining my dwelling. My greatest desire is to leave here able to walk. In order to continue to work on my mobility issues here, I must submit a certain amount towards the balance for my time here thus far. Please help me keep my home and continue my treatment here so I can return home.
