Support Michael's Final Wish: Build His 280z

I'm Michael. I've been fighting an aggressive form of bone cancer since June 2023. My case has become terminal, and I've been given a few months to live, which brings me to my point. I have my dream car, a 1978 Datsun 280z, and I want to finish building it to be my perfect dream project before I move on. Unfortunately, that requires a lot of money, which brings me here. I hate asking for money, but I feel like it's stupid not to try in this situation. I think I can complete my vision for my car with around 15k. I already love the car, and it pushes me to keep going. This is something I really want to spend my time doing with the time I have left.

So far, I have installed an aftermarket electric power steering column and digital gauges with my dad, but I've been a college student and am out of money. A body kit, wheels, suspension work, drum brake conversion, paint job, transmission swap and EFI kit come out to around 15k. If any companies want to send me parts or tools and a big sticker to slap on the car, that would also be awesome. I'm not trying to profit here; I just want something to spend my time making me happy for the time I have left. Anything left over will go to the American Cancer Society, and maybe the car can get auctioned off for charity once I am gone. Thanks if you decide to donate.
