Greetings, my name is Michael Fustero. I am continuing my journey with Gold DBC for my 2nd and final season of Drum Corps this summer.

For those of you who aren't familiar with drum corps, it is a highly competitive, elite marching music activity, often called "Marching Music's Major League." It consists of touring ensembles of young performers who travel all across the United States, playing at shows all through the summer. During that time, they also rehearse up to 12 hours a day, learning from world-class educators, gaining a wealth of knowledge, and developing skills like nowhere else! Ever since I was a young student, it was a dream of mine to march drum corps, and being presented with the opportunity to do so means a great deal to me, especially this year being my "age out," meaning after this year I will no longer be allowed to participate as a performer.

This year, participating with Gold comes with a great deal of financial demand. The tuition alone will cost me about $6,100, along with my travel expenses having to fly to the mainland US since I live in Hawai'i, as well as spending money I'll need for food and the like to live.

I have been working as much as I can to afford to march this summer; however, I fear I might come short of my financial goals to afford to march this summer. I'm reaching out for your support to help me manage this financial burden. The donations you make will directly help me cover my expenses for this summer and would be greatly appreciated.
