Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our dear friend and coworker, Michael, who is a devoted nurse, a loving husband, and an incredible father to two young children. Michael has always been the one to care for others whether it’s his patients, his two young children, or his loving wife. Now, he needs our help.

Michael was recently diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a rare and life-altering condition that has left him unable to work and provide for his family. GBS attacks the nervous system, leading to weakness, paralysis, and a long road to recovery. While we remain hopeful for a full recovery, the journey ahead is challenging and uncertain.

As a provider for his family, Michael’s inability to work has placed a financial strain on them. Medical expenses, rehabilitation, and day-to-day bills are quickly adding up. We want to rally around Michael and his family during this critical time, giving them the support they need so he can focus on healing.
