My name’s Michael and I’m currently in a treatment program for SUD. I haven’t worked this month due to being in inpatient treatment. My employer will not fund my health insure if I do not work this month and I will have to pay for COBRA. I would like to extend my treatment two additional weeks of partial hospitalization, which would allow me to attend groups for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would not be able to work during this time and need assistance paying for COBRA. Any extra funds will be used to cover my bills while I'm not working. Thank you for assisting in my recovery.
