Hi, my name is Michael. I am facing a tough spot the next two months. My Verizon, Mediacom, and State Farm are all at risk.

These services aren't luxuries for me -- they are my lifeline to staying in touch with family and friends and accepting potential work and responsibilities.

I am a substitute teacher for 3 high schools - Elberta, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach. I get paid by the month but they withhold a month. So if I work August I don't get paid for August until October 1st. And so on the school year. I work 2 months then I get paid.

Last school year I had a plan to save about $1200 to $1800 for the 2 months when school started. Well, after having to buy 4 tires and a brake job my savings plan was wiped out.

I have been trying to find a part time job to work around my substitute jobs but have been unsuccessful so far. My pursuit goes on.

If you can spare even a small amount, it would be greatly appreciated and would allow me to continue my journey substituting.
