Michael's Final Farewell.

We'll miss you Michael!

Our Michael passed away recently on July 22. Michael was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend who touched many lives with his loving ways and his sincerity. He never judged anyone.

Michael loved sports and could talk your head off about most of the teams, Pro or Collegiate. He was especially fond of the Detroit Tigers and Lions. He and some of his friends would travel to other cities just to get the experience of being in different stadiums to watch the Tigers play other teams. So many that I've lost count. When he was physically able, he enjoyed playing golf, too.

He drowned when he was 5, but by God's miracles he was brought back. Things weren't easy for him most times, but he was always a fighter. He didn't let that accident stop him from being a good person. The last thing he asked for when he was in the hospital was his bible. His troubles never detoured him from being a good person or his love for God.

His mother Kathy and I are just devastated by losing him. And we weren't prepared for any of this. We'd like to give him the burial that he deserves and to say our last goodbyes with dignity.

We're asking for donations to help us with the cost of Michael's funeral at Michigan Memorial Park. He will be buried very close to my mom and dad. We need to raise $11,000 to accomplish our final goal for Michael.
