Hello, I'm Traci and I'm reaching out to our community of family and friends to ask for help in supporting my brother Michael. My brother is an amazing person; he's kind, he's hardworking, and will give you the shirt off his back. Additionally, he was in the Army and was in Desert Storm. Well, now he's battling cancer. Late last year, he found a lump and he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He had that taken care of, only to discover another lump on his neck, and it was found to be stage 3 cancer.

He started chemo treatment on February 10th. He goes 5 days in a row, then off for 2 weeks, then back at it again until April. Because his immune system is compromised, he's not able to work and his work does not offer paid FMLA-type benefits. On the weeks he has to go for treatment, it's an hour and a half drive one way. Ericka his wife takes him back and forth , she is tireless (or seems to be ) in her unwavering support of Michael and his road to recovery.
