I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Michaela, a devoted mother of two whose world was recently turned upside down. Her car — the one she depended on daily — was tragically destroyed in a fire. The full details of the incident are still under investigation, and answers are limited at this time.

To make matters worse, due to an unfortunate oversight in her insurance coverage, the vehicle was not protected at the time of the fire — leaving her without any support to recover the loss.

While the family does have one other vehicle, it’s tied up full-time with work, making it extremely difficult to manage daily life with just one car. Michaela used her car to take the kids to school, speech therapy, and extracurriculars — all essentials that are now out of reach without transportation.
