We just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has donated, shared, and sent kind words. Your generosity and support mean the world to Michael, his family, and especially Brody.

This afternoon, Michael had to undergo emergency surgery, but we’re relieved to share that he is recovering well. It’s been a difficult and overwhelming time, but knowing he has such an incredible community behind him makes all the difference.

Because of the overwhelming support, we have decided to raise the fundraising goal to help cover ongoing medical expenses and any additional treatments Michael may need. Every donation, share, and kind message truly helps ease the burden on him and his family.

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

Life can change in an instant, and for Michael, that moment came with a devastating cancer diagnosis. Diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at the young age of 32, on the cusp of his 33rd birthday, he is now facing the fight of his life. While his strength and determination are unwavering, the journey ahead will be challenging—both emotionally and financially.

This news comes at a time that should be filled with joy—Michael recently married the love of his life, Hannah, and together, they are building their future. He is also an incredible father to our son, Brody, who looks up to him in every way. Their world has been turned upside down, and the last thing they should have to worry about is the overwhelming financial burden that comes with medical treatments, doctor visits, medications, and everyday expenses.

Michael has always been someone who gives to others—whether it’s his kindness, his humor, or simply being there when people need him most. Now, it’s our turn to rally around him, his wife, and Brody, to show them they are not in this fight alone.
