Support Michael while he recovers

On May 21st, 2023, my brother in law Michael was assaulted outside of his home. A man was belligerently yelling over the fence in the back alley at the dogs so Michael went out to see what the issue was. When he opened the back gate he was punched in the face with a brick which resulted in his jaw being broken in 2 places. After spending 48 hours in excruciating pain waiting for surgery, he eventually ended up with his jaw wired shut.

Michael will need to be off work for 4-6 weeks to heal. Followed by physical therapy. Unfortunately he had just started his new job 2 weeks prior, which means there are no short term job benefit options available to him.

I am starting this go fund me in hopes of helping with some of the wages he will lose over the course of his recovery. All donations will go directly to Michael and his family. Any help is greatly appreciated.
