Hi, my name is Michael Rock, and I’m going through a very difficult time. I’ve recently had a serious Multiple Sclerosis relapse that has kept me out of work for nearly a month. I’m the only source of income for my family — my wife stays home to care for our three young children — and we’re now facing serious financial hardship. On top of my medical issues, our only vehicle broke down with a blown head gasket. We’re now behind on bills and at risk of falling short on rent.
