The funeral will be held Saturday, March 8th at 3137 Liberty Hill Church Road, Claremont, NC 28610. This is my grandfather’s/Michael’s Dad house.

The church is approximately 100 yards away. Time will be confirmed by tomorrow, 02/28

Hello, my name is Corrin Reid. And I’m starting this GoFundMe for my father, Michael Reid, who recently lost his father; my grandfather, Roy M. Carr.

Friends and family, you know how much Michael steps up to care for anyone; those close to him and for strangers and this is your chance to show up for him in this most difficult time to assist with funeral and memorial services for our dearly departed.

Your generosity is greatly appreciated and every cent - sans the fees from this platform - will be used to lay his father/my grandfather to rest properly and provide help towards any resources needed by the family….Over the past year - and more so in the last few months - with traveling back and forth from Waldorf, MD to Claremont, NC to care for his father.
