Hello my name Michael Orishak AKA Rev. Mike, As a lot of my friends and family know I have been struggling with my legs for awhile due to my PAD, also know as Peripheral Artery Disease and diabetes. Im now on disability and my funds are limited and my insurance won’t cover a wheelchair. It would greatly improve my life with this chair due to without it I’m bound to the couch and stuck inside.
