Support Michael Lock's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On Saturday, July 13, 2024, my husband, Michael Lock, was in a severe motorcycle accident on 469 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His motorcycle hit loose gravel before the construction area, and Mike flew into the concrete barrier between the east and west bound lanes, rolling for many feet down the highway. He was taken to Parkview Medical Center and spent 3 days in the trauma unit. He has lost half of his scalp and also has 3 lacerations with stitches on his head. He has severe road rash on 80% of his upper body along with broken bones in his right hand. He also has torn muscles in his back which has made mobility almost impossible for him without assistance.
I am staying home with him and caring for him. He has many doctor visits and wound clinic visits ahead of him and we have no idea at this point how long he will be off of work. Any donation we can get will help tremendously with the doctor, hospital, and home finance bills that are going to be racking up very quickly. If you aren’t able to donate, please share.
