Our names are Carol Wray & Linda Ross and we are raising this Go fund me account for our good friend Michael Goza and his family.

Michael just recently retied from E-DeKALB911 because of his many medical issues which include: Afib, glaucoma (which led to stints in eyes), diabetic, neuropathy, he wears boot due to missing toe and lastly, a heart blockage which necessitated a quadruple bypass surgery.

Michal spent 1 day in the Fort Payne, AL

hospital, then transferred to Erlanger by ambulance for the quadruple bypass surgery.

His hospital stay involves 6 days in the ICU unit followed by 5 to 7 days in a regular room, then 21 days of rehab in Collinsville, AL rehab center.

Michael is married to Kim and they are raising their 13 year old special needs grandchild.

The ambulance bill alone is staggering…

plus the hospital stay, and then the rehab care (which is very costly).

They do have insurance but it is not near enough.
